The purpose of the Delaware Coalition for Literacy shall be to unify and mobilize organizations and individuals interested in working to prevent and eradicate illiteracy in Delaware. Coalition members constitute a partnership among educators, government officials social service providers, business and labor leaders, and citizen volunteers.
